About the Event
The LEAD Academy is designed to foster leader development for everyone – from those who do not think they are leaders to established leaders. Learn to inspire your purpose, become emotionally agile, communicate proactively and effectively, strategically prevent and solve problems, encourage innovation, and build engagement in the workplace. Side effects may include improved relationships and greater meaning and fulfillment at work and in life.
Leadership development will occur through personalized goal setting, interactive, engaging virtual meetings, compelling readings, meaningful exercises, and two 1:1 sessions of leadership coaching.
