The EQ-i 2.0 gives you information about your EQ competencies so you can intentionally become a more effective leader. The EQ-i 2.0 assess 15 competencies to get a broad picture of your emotional intelligence. When we turn our attention to these 15 competencies, we can make better decisions, communicate with greater clarity, increase our capacity to cope with stress and build stronger, more connected relationships.
